Keystroke Privacy

HyperCaps is NOT a keylogger. The App processes keyboard events locally on your Mac using macOS Accessibility APIs solely to perform the key remapping functions you configure (e.g., mapping Caps Lock to Hyper Key). We do not store, record, or transmit your keystrokes to any external server. Your typing data never leaves your device.

2. Personal Information

We do not collect personal information like your name, address, or phone number within the App. The App functions completely offline (except for license verification updates or checking for app updates, if initiated).

3. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely by our authorized reseller, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card information or banking details on our servers. When you make a purchase, Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle your payment data.

4. Analytics and Usage Data

The App itself does not contain third-party analytics trackers. Our website may use basic, privacy-focused analytics to understand visitor trends, but we do not track individual users across the web.
